Jasmina Mihnjak
Psiholog, član upravnog odbora NDNV-a. Rođena 01.04.1981. godine u Novom Sadu. Završila srednju medicinsku školu, smer ginekološko – akušerska sestra, a potom osnovne i master studije psihologije na Filozofskom fakultetu, Univerziteta u Novom Sadu. Dodatno se edukovala u oblasti psihoterapije pohađajući seminare i obuke iz više različitih psihoterapijskih modaliteta. Radila je 9 godina u privatnoj srednjoj školi, gde je obavljala poslove psihologa i rukovodeće poslove organizacije. Od 2016. godine zaposlena je u Mediumgroup.d.o.o. Na poziciji je glavnog urednika Roditeljskog portala Bebac. Obavlja poslove uređivanja portala, vodi redakcijske sastanke, koordinira timom, sarađuje sa partnerima i vodi društveno – odgovorne kampanje usmerene na podršku roditeljima. Aktivno se zalaže i javno zagovara izmene Zakona koji se tiču roditelja, promene u sistemu rada porodilišta i bolju, proaktivniju pronatalitetnu politiku i brigu o deci, trudnicama i roditeljima. Autorka je velikog nacionalnog istraživanja – Kakva su nam porodilišta koje je u dva navrata sprovedeno u našoj zemlji i koje ukazuje na sistemsko zanemarivanje porodilišta u Srbiji.
Psychologist, member of the management board of NDNV (Independent Association of Journalists of Vojvodina) Born on April 1, 1981. in Novi Sad. She finished Medical high school majoring in gynecology and obstetrics, and after that, she completed her master’s studies in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. She was additionally educated in the field of psychotherapy by attending seminars and training in several different psychotherapy modalities. She worked for 9 years in a private high school, where she performed the duties of a psychologist and management of the organization. Since 2016, she has been employed at Mediumgroup.d.o.o. She is the editor-in-chief of the Bebac Parental Portal. Performs the tasks of editing the portal, leads editorial meetings, coordinates the team, cooperates with partners and leads socially responsible campaigns aimed at supporting parents. She actively and publicly advocates changes to the law concerning parents, changes in the work system of maternity hospitals and a better, more proactive pro-natal policy, and care for children, pregnant women and parents. She is the author of a large national research – What are our maternity hospitals like, which was conducted twice in our country and which indicates the systemic neglect of maternity hospitals in Serbia.
Maša Mitrović
Maša Mitrović (1983, Novi Sad) je projektna menadžerka sa ekspertizom u pripremi, implementaciji i evaluaciji projekata u oblasti socio – ekonomskog razvoja. Tokom karijere sticala je iskustvo u kroz rad u privatnom, javnom i civilnom sektoru. Trenutno je zaposlena u međunarodnoj organizaciji Arbeiter Samariter Bund gde upravlja portfolijom programa socijalne zaštite koji ova organizacija sprovodi u regionu Zapadnog Balkana. Generalna je sekretarka mreže organizacija pružalaca socijalnih usluga IRIS. Sertifikovani je projekt menadžer po metodologiji PRINCE 2. Masterirala je na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka, odsek za Arhitekturu i urbanizam, smer Regionalne politike i razvoj. Diplomirala je na Fakultetu za menadžment, smer Menadžment u medijima.
Maša Mitrović (1983, Novi Sad) is a project manager with expertise in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of projects in the sphere of socio-economic development. During her career, gained experience in working in the private, public and civil sectors. Currently employed at the international organization Arbeiter Samariter Bund, where she manages the portfolio of social protection programs in the Western Balkans region. Acting as general secretary of the network of organizations of social service providers IRIS. She is a certified PRINCE 2 project manager. She completed MA at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department of Architecture and Urbanism, department of Regional Policy and Development. Previously graduated from the Faculty of Management, majoring in Media Management.
Natalija Marko
Gotovo 20 godina posvetila sam razvoju kompanija putem razvoja ljudi I njihovih talenata, na pozicijama upravljanja Ljudskim resursima. Bavila sam se strategijom razvoja organizacije, transformacijom poslovnih modela, razvojem ljudi I poboljšanjem performansi i poslovnih dostignuća primenom različitih tehnika u okviru agilne metodologije. Posebno sam se bavila poboljšanjem iskustva zaposlenih (employee experience) tokom životnog ciklusa u kompaniji. Bavila sam se uspostavljanje korporativnih vrednosti I kulture, razvojem employer branding strategije u kompanijama I internim komunikacijama. Kao predavač i voditelj radionica, realizovala sam brojne treninge iz oblasti komunikacije, korporativne kulture, change managmenta i razvojem timova u mnogim kompanijama. Posle niza liderskih pozicija ubankama, trenutno radim kao HR Manager u Fintech kompaniji. Volim umetnost, prirodu, gradove, ljude.
Almost 20 years dedication to the development of the companies, through development of people and their talents, on various managers positions in areas of human resources. My responsibility was connected to the strategy in organization development, business transformation, people development in performance improvements and business achievements. Lately, I was dedicated to the organizational development by implementation of the various technologies within agile methodology, Furthermore, I was dealing with improvements in area of employee experience during the lifecycle within the company. I lead the process in establishment and implementation of the company values and culture, employer branding strategy and internal communication. As a lecturer and workshops trainer, I have delivered various training in areas of communication, corporative culture, change management process and teams development in various companies. After several leader position in the banking sector, I am working now as a HR Manager in Fintech company. I love arts, nature, cities, and people.
Miloš Antić
Aktivan u civilnom sektoru od 1997. Stekao iskustva u razvoju i vođenju programa, zagovaranju i edukacijama na Zapadnom Balkanu. Značajno iskustvo u razvoju organizacije i zajednice u postkonfliktnim društvima, fokusiranim na izgradnju mira. Kao trener i konsultant podržavao je lokalne grupe, organizacije, srednje i visoko rukovodstvo lokalnih i međunarodnih organizacija civilnog društva, zvaničnike lokalnih i pokrajinskih vlasti. Od 2012. posebno usmeren na strateško planiranje organizacija civilnog društva i razvoj kapaciteta socijalnog preduzetništva.
Active in civil society organizations since 1997. Experience in developing and managing programs, advocating and training in the Western Balkans. Considerable experience in organizational and community development in post-conflict societies, focused on peace building. As a trainer and consultant I have supported grassroots groups, organizations, mid and top management of local and international civil society organizations, local and provincial government officials. Since 2012 focused on strategic planning in civic sector and developing capacities for social entrepreneurship.
Dejan Serdar
Ekonomista sa dugogodišnjim iskustvom u upravaljačkim poslovima u državnom i privatnom sektoru. Po završetku studija na Bethany univerzitetu u SAD završio i master studije na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka Univerziteta u Novom Sadu. Sa pozicije prvog direktora Uprave za agrarna plaćanja Republike Srbije radio na koordinaciji svih poslova od samog formiranja Uprave do razvoja i implementacije programa za poljoprivredu i ruralni razvoj, kao i sinhronizacije zakonodavnih standarda i principa sa onima iz Evropske unije. Tokom ovog mandata bio je član mnogih državnih delegacija prilikom pregovora sa EU zvaničnicima u oblasti poljoprivrede. Pored konsultantskih poslova kojima se bavi, danas je generalni direktor softverske kompanije AxiomQ, sa sedištem u Novom Sadu, koja razvija posao i u drugim zemljama. U svim oblastima delovanja doprinosi savremenom načinu rada i organizaciji posla.
Economist with many years of experience in management affairs in the state and private sector. After completing his studies at Bethany University in the USA, he completed his master’s studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Novi Sad. From the position of the first director of the Administration for Agrarian Payments of the Republic of Serbia, he worked on the coordination of all work from the very establishment of the Administration to the development and implementation of programs for agriculture and rural development, as well as the synchronization of legislative standards and principles with those of the European Union. During this mandate, he was a member of many state delegations during negotiations with EU officials in the field of agriculture. In addition to his consulting work, today he is the general director of the software company AxiomQ, based in Novi Sad, which develops business in other countries as well. In all areas of activity, it contributes to the modern way of working and the organization of work.
