The Independent Journalists’ Association of Vojvodina (NDNV) informs the public that Novi Sad lawyer Nemanja Aleksić today insulted university professor and our program director Dinko Gruhonjić in a chauvinistic manner.
According to eyewitness accounts, Aleksić approached the table where Gruhonjić was sitting with colleagues in a Novi Sad restaurant and verbally attacked him with vulgarities and chauvinistic insults in front of numerous visibly disturbed guests, adding the phrase, “Do you know who I am?” The nature of the insults is such that we do not wish to repeat them here. May it serve as a mark of shame for those who uttered them.
Gruhonjić will file a lawsuit against lawyer Aleksić and a disciplinary complaint with the Bar Association of Vojvodina.
